1. All copyright, trademarks and other intellectual property in the text, images, video, audio, logos, characters (including our original IP such as NEO STACKEY and Panlo), design and any other content on the Site belong to the Company or to the rightful third-party owner.
2. Beyond private use and quotation as permitted by copyright law, you may not reproduce, republish, modify, distribute, transmit or commercially exploit this content without our prior written consent.
3. Work shown in our portfolio may include material in which client companies or other third parties hold rights.

4.Prohibited conduct

When using the Site, you must not:

• violate any law or public order and morals;
• infringe the intellectual property, reputation, privacy or other rights of the Company or any third party;
• place an excessive load on the Site’s servers or network, or attempt unauthorised access;
• interfere with the operation of the Site;

• use the contact form for sales, solicitation, advertising or any purpose other than a genuine enquiry;

1. Information submitted through the contact form is used to reply to your enquiry, to prepare quotations and proposals, and for other purposes necessary to our business.
2. We do not guarantee a reply to every enquiry received.
3. Personal information is handled in accordance with our separate Privacy Policy.

6.Disclaimer

1. We take reasonable care with the information published on the Site but do not warrant that it is accurate, complete, useful or current.
2. Portfolio items, figures and described capabilities reflect the position at the time of publication and are not a guarantee of future content.
3. Except in cases of our wilful misconduct or gross negligence, we are not liable for any damage arising from your use of the Site.
4. Where the Site links to external sites, we are not responsible for their content.

The Site uses Google Fonts, provided by Google, to display type. Viewing the Site therefore involves a connection to Google’s servers.

1. These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Japan.
2. The Tokyo District Court shall have exclusive jurisdiction as the court of first instance for any dispute arising in connection with the Site or these Terms.

The Japanese text of these Terms is authoritative. Translations are provided for reference only; in the event of any discrepancy, the Japanese version prevails.
